NAU

FAMILY WEEKEND AT NAU

Mike and I headed to Flagstaff this past weekend for NAU's annual family weekend.

We had a really nice time with Taylor walking around campus. The weather is just so beautiful and the air is clean and clear.

There were so many people on campus it was quite overwhelming. The paper said that it was the busiest parent weekend since 2003.

I could not get enough of the beautiful red leaves. There was also a tree covered in bright yellow leaves but my camera died and I didn't get a picture of those.

I can't express the feeling of watching your youngest child turn into a young women who is pretty independent and very beautiful! I know that I am her mother but come on, she's killing me.

We had fun at the bbq although they ran out of regular burgers and only had veggie burgers. I was okay with that but Mike and Taylor were less then thrilled. Then we all enjoyed a great football game where we won! ( Which is unusual for NAU )

This is her second year at NAU and time is flying by. She turned 19 last month and I still can't believe it. Time goes so fast but with a deep sigh of relief I can honestly say - It's all good! Life is good! We are blessed!
