Kayaking Horseshoe Lake

Mike and Hunter decided to Kayak from Horseshoe Lake to Bartlett Lake.
The distance is 19 miles.

A far amount of research on the Internet was done to see if it would be safe, possible and fun.
Unfortunately due to the water level they were unable to make it the full distance.

My job was camerawomen and also driver. I was to take them to point
A and then drive to point B and await their return.

Although their trip was cut short they had a really good time and are
looking forward to doing it again soon.

Had to get a picture of the humongous spider crossing the road. GROSS!

Stopped at our favorite Mexican restaurant in Cave Creek on our way
home to enjoy a yummy lunch.

My crazy looking husband and normal looking son. lol
