TRIATHLON

Pictures are a little out of order. This is Hunter and Taylor at the
end of the race. (that is my mom in the background :) )

Taylor and I competed in the mini race. This was her first
triathlon and she did AWESOME! She got 1st place in
her age group and I got 4th place overall. One of my best
friends said that me and Taylor look more alike everyday. Here
we are looking slick in our matching outfits.

Another pre-race shot. I think it was around 5:30am and Mike
just wasn't into the racing spirit yet. lol
He ended up taking 5th place in his age group which I
thought was pretty great.

This was seconds after I crossed the finish line and
some nice young boy handed me a water bottle. I lost
third place by only 8 seconds.

Mike and Hunter did the maxi race which is much longer than
the race Taylor and I did.
Here is Hunter coming into the finish. He took third place in his age group.

Since this was Taylor's first race the announcer wanted to
speak with her. It was super fun to hear her talk about it.
She was so excited! That is me and Kim in the background.

Next race is in two week in Mesa. Mike and I
are the only ones doing that one but hopefully the kids
will join us for the Thanksgiving Triathlon in Goodyear.
