NAU - YEAR TWO
Friday afternoon we arrived in Flagstaff to find these signs everywhere!
Pepsi put out a lot of money on these and it was pretty cool to see them all across town.

This year Taylor will be staying in the dorm with her best friend Kaeli. The rooms are small but much nicer than the freshman dorms.
They had a lot to do but they were so excited I don't think they minded too much.
The girls did a really good job working together on who should bring what so i think pretty much anything they would want or need was covered.
The room is approximatley 250 square feet and they share a bathroom with the two girls next door. It is a Jack and Jill set up as aposed to the community bathroom down the hall.
I think their room looked so cute when they were done but I didn't get any pictures of the final look.
Hard to believe that this will be her new home for the next 9 months. The high today is 71 and the low is 57. Poor girl! :) I honestly forget how much cooler it is here so I ended up at the NAU bookstore and bought a sweatshirt.
This is a picture of her dorm. Looks a lot like a ski resort to me.
Her dorm is Gabaldon Hall. Sound like it is right out of a Harry Potter book doesn't it.
So for anyone wondering, year two is much easier when it is time to say goodbye. Where year one you were worried about her being in a new place where she might get lost or scared, year two is like returning home for her. This is her stomping grounds and she missed it. Life is good!

Yep, just a couple of months down the road and the dorm is REALLY going to look like a ski resort! :)
