Lady Antebellum

I need to get better at this blogging thing. Where does the time go? I hope
you all had a wonderful Valentine's day. I was pleasantly surprised
with roses one day and chocolate covered strawberries the next. The
boy did good!

I figured my husband should know what I am saying on our blog so
I made him sit down and read it the other day. I waited in anticipation
for his response. Much to my
disappointment he didn't laugh, cry or praise me on what a great
job I did. Nope all I got was
"You blogged about the dog and Taylor, thanks."
Okay buddy you asked for it!

If you are a country music fan you are probably familiar
with the band Lady Antebellum. My ring tone for my husband
is a part of their song "Need you Now". This is what I hear
when he calls me.

It’s a quarter after one, I’m all alone and I need you now.
Said I wouldn’t call but I lost all control and I need you now.
And I don’t know how I can do without, I just need you now.

Corny? Okay a little bit but it's a great song and if you want
to hear it in it's entirety you can click here.

Ill explain the song lyrics so you don't go thinking I am obsessive
or anything. Michael and I entered a new season in our lives and relationship
when our youngest, Taylor, went off to college six months ago. Also just for
giggles the month prior to her leaving he gets a transfer to 2nd shift. Now
do the lyrics make more sense? This was a major life adjustment for me. Now
most evening's it just me and the dogs and you know what? I miss him.
He completes me( I took that from the Ice Age movie and or Jerry Maguire )but it's
still true. So anyways, Michael are you happy now? or just embarrassed? Love ya
