ANTHEM SPRINT TRIATHLON
No pictures for this triathlon.
We did our first reverse triathlon this past Saturday
in Anthem. It was put on my 4 peaks racing and consisted of a
3.1 mile run, 12.4 mile bike and ended with a 400 meter swim.
I can honestly say that I am not a big fan of the reverse but
still had a really good time. It is always fun participating in
triathlons. There were problems with the timing chips so we do not
have any split times which really is unfortunate. Here is
how all of us did:
Mike 87th overall, 10th in age group, total time 1:23:06.5
Hunter 71st overall, 4th in age group, total time 1:20:02.1
Cathy 49th overall, 6th in age group, total time 1:30:06.5
April 83rd overall, 6th in age group, total time 1:49:25.6
Please note that I was exactly 7 minutes from Mike and just
under 10 minutes from Hunter. Game on boys!!!!!
