Out with the old.....In with the new!

I attend a fitness boot camp in the mornings out in Anthem. ( 530-630am ) At the end of every session we get a Adventure Boot Camp at Anthem t-shirt. However this time they had a different saying on the back and it just made me laugh so I thought I would share it with you.
