I came across this picture of Snowball when she was a puppy and just had to laugh. I looked for a current picture of her and wouldn't you know, a match. If you visit our house and stay long enough for her to get over the excitement of you being there, this is what you will see. She's waiting. Waiting for me to move to another room, which I probably do fifty times a day, so that she can follow me. Once she realizes that I will be there for more than a minute something endearing happens. She plops down and assumes the position. This is her way of saying she loves me and enjoys being near me. To know Snowball or Snowy as she is affectingly called is to love her. She is and always will be a perpetual puppy. She is also the sweetest and most loyal living creature I have ever known.
